The father in the picture is Ray Benedict West. The little girl is Mary Adell West (Miller) who prepared the biographies of Job and Mary Parry Rowland. Her brothers are (left clockwise) Robert Edward West, Philip Leon Wets, Ray Benedict West Jr., Allan Morrell West, and Willard Joseph West.
