Lewis, David and Elizabeth Evans

David Lewis married Elizabeth Evans on July 10, 1854, in Vaynor, Breconshire, Wales. David Lewis was baptized March 23, 1857 by David Thomas, confirmed by Evan Thomas; Elizabeth Lewis [his wife] was baptized November 16, 1857 by Rees Griffiths and confirmed by Thomas Davies; Elizabeth Evans, widow [mother of Elizabeth Evans Lewis] was baptized March 7, 1857 by Edward Thomas and confirmed March 8 by Thomas Davies; and Evan Evans [brother of Elizabeth Evans Lewis] was baptized March 7, 1857 by Edward Thomas and confirmed March 8 by Evan Thomas. Their records were transfered to the Aberdare Branch on December 16, 1860. Alll four of them were living in the same household in the 1861 Census for Aberdare. Also, the 1854 marriage certificate of David Lewis & Elizabeth Evans indicates that Elizabeth's father was deceased.
